I am loving the internet. No matter how crazy I am feeling or how upset I am about something if I google some key words related to my insanity I can find other people to commiserate with! This week I was feeling a little down about Zelda's glasses because we went to Barnes and Noble the other day and met another baby, Linda. Linda was obsessed with Zelda's glasses and kept trying to pull them off her face. I know babies like to poke one another, but I found Linda's attempts to grab at Zelda's face upsetting.
So, I was happy to find this post written by another mommy of a baby with glasses. I also came across this internet site specifically for children with poor eyesight. Then, I found a Fancy Nancy (my favorite) book about a little girl who wears glasses. I think I will buy it and read it to the next child who tries to pull off Zelda's glasses.
