One fun thing about the playgrounds in Brooklyn is that not only are there the slides and the swings and the monkey bars, but there are also toys! Some people leave toys at the playground that their children no longer play with, this car is one of them. It is the most popular thing at the toddler playground in Carroll Gardens. Every child seems to love it and because every child loves it, there are lots of fights and tears when kids don't get their turn. Yesterday, we got to the playground early enough that the little bean got her chance to play with it. She opened up the little door and climbed right in. I think she thought it would start moving right away once she got inside, she hasn't really mastered the fact that she needs to move her feet to get it going, maybe next time she can get it going.
