Do you remember that crazy cold Saturday we had a couple of weeks ago? Cold or not we decided to we had to visit the Queens County Farm Museum. As soon as we arrived (after only a 20 minute car drive from our apartment on the Upper West Side), I knew it would be fun. The chickens have the run of the place and walk right up to you. There are cows, goats and sheep and they were just as curious about Zelda as Zelda was about them. Afterwards, we visited the gift shop and warmed up with some hot chocolate. The little bean shed some tears when we left, she had a hard time saying goodbye to the goats. We'll definitely go back in the spring when the pigs come out to play and to play with the goats again.
