Our Trip to Jackson Hole
Tuesday, August 9, 2011
Peter and I just got back from Jackson Hole, Wyoming where we went to a BEAUTIFUL wedding. Jackson Hole is one of the prettiest places I have ever been. Aside from missing Zelda like crazy (the little bean had a fun time with Peter's mother and father in the Berkshires), we ran around, woke up early and tried to do as much as we could while we were there.
I don't consider myself an outdoorsy person (my number one priority on vacation seems to be a bubble bath while reading a glossy magazine) but we hardly spent any time in our hotel room! We took a 4 mile hike on Phillips Pass, just outside of Jackson Hole early one morning. After that was breakfast at Nora's Fish Creek, white water rafting and a really yummy dinner at the Snake River Grill.
The wedding was super pretty, look at this view!
We had such a good trip. I felt a little guilty leaving our little bean for so long, but it looks like she had a pretty great time without us.
