Why We Need Godmothers

Even though Peter and I will not be having a christening for Zelda (nor do we plan on a religious upbringing) I was still very adamant that our little bean have a wonderful godmother. Every mommy needs to have someone remind them every now and then of how utterly awesome and lucky they are to have such a great baby.

A godmother is super excited to see your baby and always loves every baby pic!

A godmother is always looking for cute baby outfits for your baby and knows exactly what would look good in your nursery.

A godmother is super supportive when you decide to go back or not to go back to work.

A godmother knows exactly what yummy sweets to bring to your house when you just can't handle another sleepless night.

A godmother is always up for a night out because even though you are now a mommy, a big part of you still wants to go dancing every once in a while.
