 Tracy Anderson and I have been working out together (in my living room) for the past three years. So, when I was ready to exercise after Zelda was born I naturally bought Tracy's post pregnancy home workout dvd. I can't say my body looks anything like her most famous client the ultra perfect Gwenyth Paltrow, but I confess to actually doing the workout only twice a week (Tracy says do it six times a week).

What I like about the workout are the weird bird-like arm movements and the hip struts Tracy says, "will help bring your skin back to the muscle." Really, she makes no sense, but it is a fun workout for anyone that wants to bounce around their living room.
